You could adapt it to the banana,
pumpkin and almond
granola bar recipe but adding
in mashed banana and almond butter to bind the mixture together!
Maybe it's because we typically use maple syrup
in fall recipes like my small batch
pumpkin spice
granola and
in the maple whipped cream I use to top my sweet potato pie for one.
I skipped out on using added fats
in this recipe and instead used
pumpkin to bind everything together to make a delicious, crunchy, slightly healthier
granola.
Here

pumpkin bread recipe,
pumpkin spice
granola was something I knew I had to make once I'd decided to take part
in #pumpkinweek2015.
Here's what my french toast looked like... It was covered
in pumpkin seeds,
granola, cranberry sauce and bananas!
This
granola perfectly captures the
pumpkin pie flavour but
in a cereal (AKA dessert for breakfast).
I have
pumpkin seeds right now and will likely use them
in a
granola.
Top it with the
Pumpkin Spice
Granola Clusters and you have yourself one of the most enjoyable breakfasts
in the world!
In the morning layer with the coconut yogurt and
granola — my chocolate
pumpkin works perfectly with this recipe, but any other
granola you have would be fine!
The traditional warm spices that flavor
pumpkin pie may not belong
in everything, but they happen to be very well suited to this crunchy
granola made of oats, nuts, and seeds.
It would also be super tasty drizzled over our
pumpkin spice
granola recipe or used as the liquid
in a smoothie.
This
granola uses crunchy add -
ins like hulled
pumpkin seeds and unsweetened coconut, instead, and they get even crunchier when baked.
This
granola recipe also contains almonds, sunflower and
pumpkin seeds which are also activated and dehydrated
in order to remove the inhibitor substances from their skins and activate the inherent enzymes within them.
Spread the

This last week alone I used
pumpkin seeds
in a batch of
granola, a couple of salads, some
granola bars, and this cilantro
pumpkin seed pesto.
In the past two days I've made
pumpkin bars,
pumpkin breakfast quinoa, banana -
pumpkin ice cream,
pumpkin green smoothies,
pumpkin granola AND creamy chocolate -
pumpkin ice cream.
I've decided to break
in pumpkin season with this here
granola.
My boys won't eat raisins or nuts
in granola so I added more oats; we'll see how it turns out Also, I didn't have nutmeg so I used
pumpkin pie spice instead of the cinnamon and nutmeg (I do this often).
So I might make this
Pumpkin Granola up and put it
in the store for the final weeks of the CSA, and then freeze what's left.
In about an hour, you've got
