pumpkin is in the air, coffee is brewing, and we are all gaining a little extra weight!

pumpkins are popping up everywhere, leaves

air, which means Starbucks
is rolling out their seasonal drinks, including the
Pumpkin Spice Latte.
Fall

air is crisp and at least
in the U.S. something makes us all think of
pumpkins, apples and the like.

The minute there
was a hint of chill
in the
air I
was alllll about the fall flavors, boots, and

were yellow & orange, baristas
were in full force making
pumpkin spice lattes, and everyone made the wardrobe transition from cutoffs to cable knit sweaters.
That doesn't mean I
'm not super excited for Fall recipes though — you know I'll
be the gal cooking up some
pumpkin in my steaming
air conditioning-less apartment.

I seriously -LCB- heart -RCB- anything
pumpkin, especially at this time of the year when the
air has a crisp edge to it, leaves start to turn colors, and football
is back
in full effect.
Once the weather turns cooler and Fall
is in the
air, I think of apples and
pumpkins, especially since we live
in the Northeast where the leaves
are already starting to fall.
Incredible sustenances that
are high
in volume incorporate
pumpkin, cucumbers, berries and
air - popped popcorn.
I don't have a problem with fresh fruit juices if they accompany high - fiber foods (i.e.: a peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread, a salad with legumes and a variety of vegetables,
air - popped popcorn,
pumpkin seeds, or even two tablespoons of ground flaxseed stirred into the juice) and
are not used
in place of fresh fruit.
That
being said, I don't have a problem with fresh fruit juices if they accompany high - fiber foods (i.e.: a peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread, a salad with legumes and a variety of vegetables,
air - popped popcorn,
