Arrange branches, dried grasses, moss, squash, and small
pumpkins in a vase as you would a traditional flower display.

I looked through for what I had
in the way of neutral colors (the white
pumpkins, black spiders and crow, and twig wreath) and searched the house for other basic elements that could possibly tie
in like the
vases and candle holder.
They are so elegant and happen to fit nicely with my new
pumpkin vase:) I got a couple of those mini white
pumpkins I mentioned earlier and painted them
in the same way, except I used painters tape instead of aluminum foil.
Those
pumpkins are darn cute and I love what you did with the cotton and the magnolia
in the
vase.
The raffia and twig
pumpkin came
in a bag of
vase filler.
We're also loving the pretty floral arrangement
in a painted pink
pumpkin centerpiece instead of a
vase!
I used a real heirloom
pumpkin I had purchased earlier
in the season for some of my other fall decor posts as the «
vase» for this centerpiece.
The dessert table is another way to showcase part of the meal with fun décor elements, like gold
pumpkins displayed
in a glass
vase, feather or floral arrangement, and simple garland like the acorn garland.
The exception being some of the small black and white
pumpkins from Target like the ones
in the
vase, as well as the striped ones from Joanns.
Add a
vase of dried wheat and a few
pumpkins and it fits right
in.
I kept the navy blue and white
vases, but added
in the mercury glass candles holders (Pottery Barn) and the copper
pumpkins (last year at Target).
The suitcases on the hearth are from an estate sale; the upside down basket and
vase are garage sale treasures; the ceramic
pumpkin is a twin to the one
in the entry way.

This time around I tucked these pretty magnolia leaves
in a
vase and added a wood
pumpkin for some fall flair.
The zinnias are perfect right now, but I can so easily see it filled with
pumpkins in the fall, jars of ornaments for Christmas and
vases filled with forsythia
in the spring.

Just some simple white and orange
pumpkins in tall glass
vases.
I switched out a small telescope for a tall, large clear
vase with lovely faux maple tree branches with realistic fall leaves and one with acorns... looks so sculptural on a sofa table... I placed a string of amber fairy lights (on a battery timer)
in the base of the
vase... so pretty and cozy looking at night as it illuminates the
vase and the wall behind the arrangement and placed a fall twig berry swag along my mantle and nestled 3 ceramic
pumpkins amongst it.
Not to be overshadowed by the
pumpkins, I filled a basket full of wooden seasonal fruits, a huricane
vase full of mini birch wood logs, and topped
in off with a sprig of colorful leaves.
I bought 6 new strings of them last month and am having fun placing them
in clear
vases, winding them thru my windowed cabinet doors that have crystal items
in them, and thru my fall berry garland on my mantle with my ceramic
pumpkins nestled
in.
A few small
pumpkins, and some fall flowers
in some chalk painted mason jar
vases are enough to give the feeling of fall.
The colors of the mums would be beautiful
in a
pumpkin vase.
I don't like a lot of clutter
in the kitchen especially, so I didn't do much
in here, but I did add some cotton stems
in my milk bottle
vases and one of my little chalk painted
pumpkins to create a simple Fall vignette.
Looking onto the massive tall sideboard that serves as my parent's family room «mantel» I brought out the mixed metal
vases purchase last year and added more mercury glass
pumpkins in various sizes, textures and finishes.
