Hard to believe, but I'm not making my own Thanksgiving dessert this
year — I gave in and am buying a
white chocolate
pumpkin cheesecake from the local culinary institute as part of a fundraiser for my college's business students.
White pumpkins are my favorite and last
year I really liked decorating with the turquoise colored ones too.
I'm especially loving the
white pumpkins for inside this
year... including velvet and felt
pumpkins.
The wine and the large
white pumpkins were the only items I bought this
year, everything else I had.
Actually, my entire flat is on the black /
white / grey / silver side, only exception is the kitchen where I use natural, warm and autumnal /
pumpkin colors but at least i can relate to wearing / loving these colors for
years ^ ^
This
year, I set our table with loads of

white vases, but added in the mercury glass candles holders (Pottery Barn) and the copper
pumpkins (last

year, my sister and I went to Ken's Nursery on a girls weekend trip to Lancaster and I finally found my
white pumpkins (for some reason they are hard to find in the Pocono's).
The past few
years, I've done all
