I have put some notes below
on soaking nuts, also referred to as «activating», how to melt raw ingredients keeping them in their raw state, how to choose a
coconut oil and what to look for when buying
pure maple syrup.
It should also have a sweet and strong
coconut smell, if it doesn't then your
coconut oil isn't at it's
purest, and I wouldn't suggest trying it alone
on coconut flour pancakes.
What we do know, is that many of the studies that have been done
on MCTs and report their benefits have been done
on regular (non-virgin)
coconut oil, or in some cases
pure extracted MCT's taken out of
coconut oil.
I didn't have any troubles with my daughter but suffered with painful nipples with my son, I had milk blebs (which are basically clogged ducts) it took a few days to go away and for my son to latch
on correctly and it sorted out itself I used
pure, virgin, unrefined
coconut oil on my nipples between feeds and it helped a lot
I've also found that even
pure coconut oil works great once skin has adjusted, though it can be drying
on some skin types.

pure vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt 1/2 cup unbleached flour
Complete Ingredients: Soap nut extract, natural (saccharodial) surfactants based
on corn, potatoes and sugarcane,
pure vegetable soap from controlled organic cultivation, fatty alcohol sulphates of
coconut oil, ethanol, wheat proteins, citric acid, eucalyptus and verbena
oil from controlled organic cultivation, sodium salt of succinic acid, benzyl alcohol, water.
