I like
pure organic stevia in some applications (like coffee and tea where you just need a bit), but it doesn't provide the right texture in this recipe, so it's important not to sub the maple with that without adding some other sort of liquid, which I haven't experimented with.

I want to get the calories down for weight loss though so my updated recipe is: 6 oz brewed
organic coffee cold, 6 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop
organic plant based protein powder, 1 tsp
pure vanilla extract, 1 tbs
organic cocoa, 1 egg yolk,
stevia to taste, and contents of 2 probiotic capsules.
If you choose to buy it, we'd say to make sure it's
pure organic green
stevia powder or
pure stevia extract.

Ok this my first time making this... i am NOT a
stevia person, so i put in
organic pure dark maple syrup I also added some spearmint Doterra essential oil and sprinkled walnuts on top!
