pure pumpkin since the Fall, and a bag of unopened brown rice flour that I think made the move with me way back in September.

pumpkin puree, my only advice if you are going to make the substitution, increase the cornstarch maybe another teaspoon,
since pumpkin pure tends to have more moisture than sweet potatoes.
Use
pure pumpkin puree for this, not the can labeled «
pumpkin pie mix»
since that has spices added.
