Any time I add
pure stevia extract to anything, it's all I can taste, and that flavor lingers
in my mouth for hours

pure stevia to sweeten with hemp seeds, chia seeds and ice.
I like to use fruits or a natural sweetener called

in moderation (this means about 1 - 2 tablespoons a day) use: birch xylitol, organic raw honey,

Many companies are selling
Stevia in its «
pure» form as an ingredient; most of these same companies have no idea what the product might contain and
in what concentration.
Note that
stevia —
pure stevia — is NOT an ingredient
in either of these products.
We only use organic, green, real food
stevia powder
in Pure Food Protein.
It's really pretty simple: You blend non-dairy milk with your choice an unsweetened non-dairy yogurt, some ice, vegan protein powder, and a sweetener of choice (
in my case, that's always
pure stevia since it has no sugar or weird additives).
Stevia has a very sweet flavour but because it's not a sugar it doesn't mix with the rest of the flavours
in the same way
pure maple syrup does.
In it's
pure form it is simply the dried, crushed leaves of the
stevia plant.
In a bowl, mix the oats, coconut flour, oat bran, flax, raisins, baking soda, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and
pure stevia powder (not extract or powders with fillers).
* Depending on if your protein powder is sweetener or not, you may also need to add some sweetener (I suggest
pure stevia liquid or extract) but my protein powder that I use
in this recipe has just the right amount of sweetness, so I didn't use any added sweeteners here.

I like
pure organic
stevia in some applications (like coffee and tea where you just need a bit), but it doesn't provide the right texture
in this recipe, so it's important not to sub the maple with that without adding some other sort of liquid, which I haven't experimented with.
My favorite
stevia to use personally is Sweet Leaf
stevia in the liquid dropper here I like this brand because it is
pure stevia, without any sugar alcohols or other sweeteners added.
Unlike chemical sweeteners, BetterStevia ® is a
pure stevia extract and is easily utilized by the body and metabolized
in the same way nutrients are.
I also use it with almond milk or coconut milk, 1/4 avocado and some berries or coffee,
pure cream (I am allergic to the protein - not the cream) and
stevia in the Vita Mix for a very creamy shake or a little thicker for a faux yogurt - almost ice cream consistency.

Simply adding raw cacao powder to your daily routine —
in your smoothie, coffee, or alone

pure stevia extract for sweetness)-- is also a great way to up your flavanol intake without any extra sugar or other ingredients.
To thicken these oats up a bit, I used ground chia seeds instead of whole (which adds a better texture,
