The issue of other additives exists because we use processed stevia, not
pure stevia leaves.
Pure stevia leaves are still languishing in limbo.
(I use
pure stevia leaf powder as a sweetener which would not add to consistency).
While the problems with insulin decoupling and cortisol spikes still stand, buying a 100 %
pure stevia leaf extract will make it the best for your acne it can possibly be.

Leaving the xylitol out should be okay — replace with 1/3 cup pureed Granny Smith apple (peeled) and about 10 extra drops of
pure liquid
stevia.
