puree as a binder.

I do love tapioca too, which I use
as the egg
binder when I'm not using heavy fruit / veggies
purees instead.
Finally, the answer was obvious:
puree the riced and dried cauliflower along with some eggs, some really flavorful powdered vegetable bouillon that has a nutritional yeast base (I got that idea from my recipe for low carb cauliflower tortillas), and some tapioca starch to serve
as both a
binder and add some flexibility so the pizza bends -LRB-!).
I've also used a
puree to act
as a
binder in bread recipes.
You could do this with any cake, but if your cake isn't already sticky from date caramel, you'll want to add something like it (caramel, honey, date
puree, etc.)
as a
binder.
