To me this is not convincing enough
as a sustainable strategy
as Its not benefiting its primary stakeholders but only and
purely benefiting the
organisation's financial strategy.
Companies rarely make Key Performance Indicators public,
as they are
purely for the benefit of the business itself in order to regulate and work towards improving the functionality of individuals

as the whole
