put Baileys in it as well as chocolate chips but...
I made these into muffins (substituting the bourbon for Cap’n Morgan's) and
put the Baileys frosting (from the former «Irish Bomb» recipe) on top.

When it came to figuring out what kind of frosting to
put on these cupcakes, I knew it would be easy to change it up and add some
Baileys to the mix.

put it in the refrigerator over night and... yes... had some for breakfast... i'm not a very experienced baker but i was thinking that it could be really good with a little alcohol in it, for example kahula or
bailey's... do you think it would be a good idea?
