I would
put the
wipes in my bra right before I changed my baby,
and by the time I unsnapped his onesie, set up the clean
diaper, etc. = warm

Most people take the dirty
diaper off,
wipe their baby's bum, apply the
diaper cream,
and then
put a new
diaper on.
Unless you're going on an especially long flight, bring one carry - on for the both of you,
and put in only Baby's necessities:
diapers,
wipes, a change of clothes (in case of an accident), a Binky, bibs / burp cloths, bottles,

and do the following: clean his bum (if necessary - with EC, poos are generally pretty clean); replace his pants; empty the potty in the public bathroom (there was one teeny tiny bathroom on this boat... so I did have to wait in line while carefully balancing the potty);
wipe out the potty with a paper towel or baby
wipe, or rinse it if you can;
put the potty back in the plastic bag, inside the carry - on;
and enjoy the fact that you just avoided another nasty blow - out -
diaper - clean - up job... on a boat.

and use it as a place to
