I have made cinnamon rolls many times, and also rolled balls of dough in cinnamon sugar and
put in a loaf pan.
Put in loaf pans and let rise double in size.
P.S. I forgot to mention, I grease parchment paper with coconut oil and
put it in a loaf pan about 9 × 5.
I put it in a loaf pan and in the freezer.
I liked the technique of rolling the dough up before
putting it in the loaf pan.

pan), and then I did it again and, of course,
