I follwed the directions and when I first
put it

blender it was
too thick to mix then once it mixed it became watery after only a few seconds.
If I hadn't already just
put one
blender - full of undrinkably nasty sludge down the sink it would have gone down the sink
too as
too much of a pain
in the rump but I couldn't bear wasting two
in one day.
Anytime you
put potatoes
in a food processor or
blender you need to be EXTRA careful to not blend them for
too long.
But really, you can't go wrong (well, unless you ask your husband to blend the soup while you make the salad, and he

I had a bit of trouble keeping mine together when preparing to fry — way
too crumbly — and this was resolved by
putting a couple of big spoonfuls
in the
blender and then adding it back to the mix.
