But for those of us who are a tad
less put together, we use the humble blender for our Honey
Coconut Matcha Lattes.
Unless that recipe is so stupidly simple that you really don't feel like your
putting in any effort at all, and with that
less than laudable introduction I give you:
coconut cilantro rice.
Put the
coconut milk and avocado in first and the oils and powders in second in order to get
less powder or oil build up on the sides or bottom of the blender.
