It's not the baked potato that is the problem, but what people
put on the baked potato.

I added some fresh cherry tomatoes
on the side as well as a
baked sweet
potato, which I drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled
on some pumpkin seeds and
put a touch of salt and pepper over the top.
Then place all the halves
on a
baking tray, cover with olive oil, a sprinkling of chilli salt and some dried herbs and
put in the oven to
bake for about 30 minutes along with the carrots and sweet
potatoes.
If you
put a plain pizza,
baked potato, or bowl of soup in front of me I'm going to, without a doubt, scan my surroundings for something to pile
on top of it.
For lunch yesterday, I brought a

I
put a scoop of this in smoothies, slab it
on top of a
baked sweet
potato and sometimes even throw it
on top of my overnight oats.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees /
Put potatoes and garlic in steamer basket and steam until the
potatoes are very soft, about 20 minutes / Drain and set aside /
Put salt cod,
potatoes, garlic, milk and splash of olive oil in food processor and process until fairly smooth / Season to taste with salt & pepper / Spoon puree into small
baking dish / Drizzle with olive oil and
bake until golden
on top, about 20 minutes.
Put the
potatoes on a
baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (easy cleanup again... can you tell I hate washing dishes?)

on the size of your
potato / variance in oven temperatures, so just watch it!

It's the little habits I have like
putting a little milk in my coffee or butter
on my
baked potato or ketchup
on my... well, everything.
Put the
potatoes on a
baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil spaced an inch or two apart.
Just cut up the
potatoes in the shape that suits your fancy,
put them
on a
baking sheet, add some glugs of olive oil (more if you want them good and crispy, less if you want to watch your waist line), and «season to taste.»
Then I took about 5 red
potatoes, scrubbed the skins and
put them in the microwave
on «
baked potato» setting until about 2 minutes were left.
Put them
on a
baking sheet, drizzle the leftover olive oil mix
on top of the
potatoes.
Put potatoes on baking sheet and roast for 45 minutes.
Arrange
potato slices
on racks in a single layer (if
potatoes slices left,
bake them next time do not
put on top of each other).
I heard about turmeric
on Dr oz i didn't how to use it so i just mixed it in a little apple juice and drank it and it sure worked i have also cut up some
potatoes mixed them with tumeric and black pepper and
put them
on baking sheet with olive oil &
bake
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Put sweet
potatoes on baking sheet, drizzle with 1/4 c coconut oil (melted
on the stove top if not already liquid) to coat.
than i would
bake a small
baked potato in the microwave, and
put a dab of sour cream
on the
potato, and than i would micro-wave 2 cups of mixed Vegetables, and have my big Glass of water.
