Two biggest mistakes that folks make is number 1, they don't lift heavy stuff so they're just trying to do home workouts with elastic bands or they're just using the machines at the gym or they're just using dumbbells and they're just not using, you know, really a barbell is in my opinion, the barbell loaded with weights is one of the best ways to
put on mass, to get stronger, to
put on muscle and
then there also simultaneous to not lifting enough heavy stuff, just doing lots of light stuff, lots of yoga and cycling and running and walking and there like a rat
on a wheel when they're not doing any type of weight training and it's just basically burning too many calories and
putting the body in this constant state of catabolism.
Because animals have to eat a lot of high - protein plant foods to
put on the
muscle mass that humans
then eat, animals multiply any negative impacts of food production.
