I already
put organic coconut oil in my coffee but I miss the cream and I don't do milk, so I am excited to make this.

If you are a coffee drinker, I recommend using an
organic, mold - free coffee and
putting 2 tablespoons of
coconut oil and 2 tsp of pastured butter in it.
Just made these to exact recipe specs, choosing tahini (Trader Joes
organic) vs
coconut oil and dark chocolate chips with only one exception - I
put one Sweet and Spicy pecan (Trader Joes) on each top before baking mainly for looks (and because I look for excuses to eat them).

You might find that using something like
organic coconut oil or olive
oil is really helpful to
put inside the pump flange.
I was curious about the oils in the natural deodorant because I've read, even
organic coconut oil can clog pores when
put under your arms.
I try to
put cinnamon on those, too, because it helps with insulin sensitivity and then you can choose abundant amounts of good,
organic, clean vegetables; high quality fats whether it's
coconut oil, grass - fed butter, or if you can't tolerate butter, ghee may be better; avocado
oil, I use the Marks Primal Mayo for my mayonnaise because it's really good mayo with grass - fed eggs and avocado
oil versus all the soy in canola; and then you high quality meat.
I also warmed
organic unrefined
coconut oil and
put in his ear with a warm compress, and he is better with no antibiotics!!!
I received free
coconut butter and
coconut oil from one of my favorite companies, Artisana
Organics, and knew I needed to
put both of these ingredients to use, FAST.
On my infant we
put a drop of OnGaurd on the bottom of the feet (large pores increase absorption, and also by - passes the liver) with a bit of
organic raw
coconut oil massaged in to slow absorption rate.
