Even though Arsene Wenger
put out a fairly strong Arsenal side for the trip to lower league Preston North End in the FA cup, it may have been stronger with the addition
of some regular
first team players like Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil.
I beleive this
team in form will get the best
out of barca and even beat them Barcelona plays with high line with high pressure with cazorla, ozil and sanchez ability to get the ball from tight spaces we can pass the
first defence line and go counter attacking with theo and sanchez with some magical passes from our wizard we can
put the fear in there
team and could get a win atleast at the emirates but since cazorla and coquelin are not sure to be playing i feel it will be very hard to get a positive result but let's give it a go we have nothing to lose
I have been calling
out for the Ox leave in search
of regular
first -
team football for months now, and he remains young enough to appreciate the efforts
put in to help get the best
out of him.
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch
of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all
of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because
of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention
of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to
put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be
put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his
first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped -
out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any
of the top 7
teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good
team can afford to have that many average players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies... as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure
of this club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez
of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
Nervous start — usual criticism at the beginning
of the season, with the lack
of spending Ramsey's
first blood — Arsenal shocked the league, we played brilliant football, scoring beautiful goals, all seemed like a decent season for us Coq red card — injury crisis struck, the lack
of bench depth
put pressure on the
team, the downfall
of performance caused crucial points Alexis» goal when down to ten men - it all seemed like arsenal would lose
out in the title race again but arsenal somehow surprised the league again, saying aye we got the quality but we just ai nt gonna show in week in week
out Draw in NLD with 10 men — can't really complain about it but you ain't happy.
The truth is Lucas and Giroud deserve more game time if it means
putting Iwobi
out of the
first team for a while.
I don't really blame any
of those players at all,
first mistake from Wenger was his
team selection and secondly wrong players in a wrong position,, its quite sad with all their mouths and boasting
of starting the season strongly and aiming for the league just a waste
of energy and wishful thinking, am
putting the whole blame on Wenger, where is Belerin, why Ozil, Cazorla played
out of positions, you should know their weaknesses and strength as a coach, why must we pass and pass to score a goal, many opportunities came from shooting distance but the players will always be looking for the next person to pass the ball to, its quite unfortunate that a big club like arsenal is relying on a scrappy Giroud to lead an attack
of a
team aiming to win the league.
I'm so sick
of people telling those
of us who are disgruntled fans to relax and give this club time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait - and - see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long look at themselves in the mirror because they are a big part
of the problem... no other «big» club's fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing
of the guard at every major club in England, Spain, France and Germany in the last several years because those «big» clubs failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone
of these clubs have found multiple replacements and still achieved far more than our club... this mindset has been created by an organization that has been milking it's fans, telling countless lies (no world class players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled
out the biggest lie
of all: that we couldn't spend because
of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any
team in the world... this organization is rotting from the inside
out and if we don't demand that those in charge
put soccer
first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next coach the same way they choose our players, on the cheap... even so, we need to see what mustache will do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this club and start anew
However, the
team he
put out got a good point as with the league win against the saints this
team has shown that without a
first team starting they are capable
of getting results last season and in previous seasons would have lost both those matches.

The players are human, and the
first law
of nature is self preservation. If you are a player, fans say you are underperforming, statistics confirm that but the manager comes

I have question marks over the rumoured targets
of Martinez, Higuain and Benzema, though immensely talented, will be happy to come in, bust their guts
out in training and come off the bench with 10 - 20 mins remaining and
put in performances that demand a

«It will be a good game, and will be interesting to see what sort

of course we want our players to be loyal but the players who we have called
out over the years SÁNCHEZ RVP THE BLOKE WHOOSE DAD WASHED ELEPHANTS NASRI were all Wenger signings and showed as much loyalty and gratitude to him as much as the Club.Sign the right players and

first step.Win trophies and Pay them well and then you will see Loyalty.
Joining a club
of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement
of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following is a list
of players who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured
of all players at the club now.I cant help but think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented footballer during his time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm
of the game. With time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody who would have managed him properly and with care and that person is certainpy not wenger. You would have been better off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He was very good at
first but wenger found a way to reduce his level
of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it in him.But all he needed was an appropriate manager who would nurture him with discipline and help him with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities
putting more weight on his shoulders on top
of that another player who was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his time at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you have to be your own manager. You need not rely on your manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because
of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge
team while the rest is in your court. It is not what so many people make it
out to be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
We should make a point
of putting our
first team out and say I AM.

of Arsenal circa 2004.»
players like Ozil always present the fans with a bit
of a conundrum, especially when times are tough... if you look around the sporting world every once in awhile there emerges a player with incredible skill, like Ozil, Matt Sundin or even Jay Cutler, who have a different way about themselves... their movement seemed almost too lackadaisical, so much so that it seemed to suggest indifference or even disinterest on the part
of the player... their posture always appears somewhat mopey and they generally have an unflattering «sour puss» expression on their face... for some their above average skills are enough to keep them squarely in the mix, as their respective
teams try desperately to find a way to get the best
out of them visa vie player acquisitions or the reworking
of tactics... when things go according to planned the fans usually find a way to accept their unique disposition, whereas when things go awry they become easy targets for fans and pundits alike... in the case
of Ozil and Sundin, their successes on the international stage and / or with their former
teams led many to conclude that if we surrounded such talented individuals with players that have those skills that would most likely bring the best
of these players success would surely follow... unfortunately both the Maple Leafs and our club chose to adopt half - measures, as each were being run by corporations who valued profitability over providing the best possible product on the field... for them, they cared more about shirt sales and season tickets than doing whatever was necessary... this isn't, by any stretch, an attempt to absolve Ozil
of any responsibility for his failures on the pitch... there is no doubt oftentimes his efforts were underwhelming, to say the least, but this club has been inept when it comes to providing this prolific passer with the kind
of players necessary for him to flourish... with our poor man's version
of Benzema up front, the headless chickens in Walcott, the younger Ox and Welbeck occupying wide positions far too often and the fact that Carzola, who provided Ozil with great service and more freedom to roam, was never truly replaced, the only real skilled outlet on the pitch was Sanchez... remember to be considered a world - class set - up man goals need to be scored and for much
of his time here he has been surrounded by some incredibly inept finishers... in the end, I'm not sure how long he will be in North London, recent sentiments and his present contract situation seem to suggest that he will depart at season's end, but how tragic would it be if once again we didn't
put our best foot forward and failed to make those moves that could have brought championship football back to our once beloved club... so when you think about this uniquely skilled player don't be so quick to shift all the blame on his shoulders because he will not be the
first or the last highly skilled player to find disappointment at the Emirates if we don't rid the club
of those individuals that are truly to blame for our current woes
the game there has changed before the match i was thinking about a formation but flamini was not available in my formation carzola was not in for the simple reason he
put a lot work in the last match i would have picked wallcott rosciky and gabrial having said that when the player sheet came
out my
first thought was yup the
team is balanced the bench constituted walcott and chambarelain (speed) so in essence the plan was ok but it just was a disaster The 22 million dollar question who would one pick to secure a win in Monaco and advance into the quarter finals
of the champion league
Members

team, favored to retain the Solheim Cup on home turf in Des Moines,
put a stunning and disappointing
first morning behind them and came

As it stands, this squad is fairly well positioned to compete for the Wenger Cup and make a deep run in the Europa, if and only if we play
first stringers in Europe and use the bench for the League and FA Cups... that being said, and based on the fragility
of the manager and the
team in recent campaigns, it's more likely that Wenger will focus on a top 4 finish and the FA Cup... while the reasons for such an approach may appear logical, it would confirm a rather disturbing trend and appear counter intuitive for any
team which claims to have higher aspirations... I feel that Wenger simply can't afford to
put all his eggs in the Europa basket because if he fails the potential backlash could cripple any top 4 chances due to the aforementioned fragile psyche that tends to rear it's ugly head like our own personal groundhog day each and every February... furthermore, can you even imagine Wenger bringing in the necessary recruits to adequately supply top quality lineups in a Thursday / Sunday dominated schedule; based on everything I've seen in recent years, I can't see that happening... in fact, mark my words, it's more likely that we see Lacazette playing
out wide in Alexis's position with Giroud at striker, than we see Wenger make the necessary moves to right this ship... god, I hope I'm wrong but is it really that far - fetched considering what we've witnessed for past several years

Anyone claiming iwobi doesn't deserves to be an arsenal player siting lack
of potential or insufficient potential is clearly ignorant about football.this is a player requiring 2 to 3 changes in his to become world class.Need i remind my fellow gooners that
out of the stellar caste
of academy players which include dion zelalem, Jeff Adelaide, Chris willock, biellick, akpom etc iwobi is the only one making the
first team this I assure you is not mere luck or coincidence or as sum here would be
put it «being Wenger's favourite» - most so called wenger favourites are actually our best players - but becos
of his immense potential, clear headedness and hard work.lest we forget he was actually in contention for the golden boy award.so does
of you not seeing his potentials should f**k off.
Put alongside the constant collapses in the

The young winger Alex Iwobi started this season as the breakthrough star from the Arsenal Academy, and was a regular starter in the
first half of the season, but although he had some excellent performances he didn't really follow that up with actually putting the ball in the back of the net very often, and he was finally squeezed out of the First team squad in the last couple of months and relegated back to the U23 reserve

I think we did well today, we tire them
out and Wenger brought in Gibbs for pace, which was a good change... If They hadn't scored in the
first half and Giroud had
put one
of those headers away, it would have been a whole different match all together... I think Campbell did well, he might be a little slow but he is gelling well with the
team and getting better, he doesn't just burst forward without purpose and when he did today, it took a good save from Iloris to keep it
out and he got a round
of applause from both the fans and his
team mates, which to me is good and will only boost his confidence and that's one thing we haven't seen in quite some time, a proper right winger.

what a joke!how can we go from absolutely dominating one half to complete self destruction in the second?watching us in the
first half I would have said no
team in the league could have lived with us, never mind bloody Tottenham!second half were shocking.what was bales goal all about?a hoof over the top and our defence all taken
out in one go.the second was an even bigger farce.why the hell couldn't cesc just head the thing.we should have been
out of sight by then.what kind
of striker is chamakh?what is his problem.twice he was played clean through and he had no intention
of going for goal.work rate is all well and good and being able to
put it in from 3 yards but if he is going to lead the line he needs to have a proper strikers instinct.sure enough if we give away enough stupid free kicks then the opposition will score because we cant defend and thats exactly what happened.we'll be winning nothing unless we buy some players with spines and balls.getting beat to 2 newly promoted
teams and spurs at home.way to let chelsea off the hook fellas.what did wenger say yesterday...» best squad ive ever had....

- the 18 returning classes were chosen by seeing which popular classes would fit with the game - they also wanted to include classes to cover roles that the roster was lacked - the Pugilist class was added because the
first group
of classes selected did not include any with bashing and binding attacks - War Magus was added because the Medic was the only healer class in the roster at that point - they couldn't simply include all popular classes as that would have skewed the balance
of the game - as for the Hero class, they with balanced offensive and defensive capabilities, but this made things to similar to other classes - this was rectified by adding after - images and other skills with good synergy - when an after - image appears, it does the same skills as the Hero, except on the following turn - it becomes possible for skills that usually can not be used multiple times in a row to be activated multiple turns in a row - it also means skills that only have an effect for one turn can be extended to two - after - images use not only the Hero's own class skills, but also their subclass skills - if the subclass is an Imperial, the Drive skill can be used multiple times in a row - when using Hero as a subclass to Nightseeker, the character can cover the Nightseeker's weaknesses
of having low defense - after - images can also help increase the chances
of inflicting status ailments - subclasses can be used to make up for weakness - Swordsman, a class that can learn speed and accuracy boosting skills, would be a good subclass for the Gunner - Reaper as a subclass for War Magus would allow that character to use the scythe's skills to inflict status ailments - the skill tree is slowly unlocked as a character grows - there are more skills that make jobs» individual styles stand
out more, or expand the player's choices - the skill tree is also made so that there are less requirements to learn specific skills as compared to 5 - this makes it easier for players to get the skill they want without spending large numbers
of skill points on lower skills - it's now easier to
put points into skills, which makes re-specing easier - the
team faced difficulty in balancing classes that were never meant to be alongside each other - they are doing their best to ensure that they keep the individual classes» identities intact
