On top of that, it is an almost Zero Impact
workout, which
puts it
well ahead of a treadmill
in my eyes.
Rather than going to the gym, you can
workout at home,
put in the same effort and get
best results.
I know that no matter how I am feeling, I will be welcomed by some of my favorite people, I will
put in an amazing
workout, and I will leave feeling 10x
better than when I arrived.

workouts are great because they are 45 minutes of intense

well I fell downstairs it's kinda funny but I'm recovering really quickly and maybe
in a month I will be able to

Two biggest mistakes that folks make is number 1, they don't lift heavy stuff so they're just trying to do home
workouts with elastic bands or they're just using the machines at the gym or they're just using dumbbells and they're just not using, you know, really a barbell is
in my opinion, the barbell loaded with weights is one of the
best ways to
put on mass, to get stronger, to
put on muscle and then there also simultaneous to not lifting enough heavy stuff, just doing lots of light stuff, lots of yoga and cycling and running and walking and there like a rat on a wheel when they're not doing any type of weight training and it's just basically burning too many calories and
putting the body
in this constant state of catabolism.
Plus, lifting your legs with more weight
in the boots would provide for a
better workout, since you are
putting more force on your large muscle groups.
One way to be energetic is to do a little
workout before you go out, you brain releases endorphins when you work out, which makes your body feel
good and
puts you
in the mood.
Active 2 on Wii and PS3 functions
well and will give anyone who's willing to
put the time
in one hell of a
workout.
He's not a huge fan of water but has tolerated our request and done really
well in the resistance pool for therapy - it's helping relieve some of the extra stress he
puts on the front half of his body and is a fantastic
workout for him as he does need to lose a few pounds.
