(2) A person who is
qualified under subsection (1) to be elected as a member of a district school board or school authority is qualified to be elected as a member of that district school board or school authority for any geographic area in the district school board's or school authority's area of jurisdiction, regardless of which positions on that district school board or school authority the person may be qualified to vote for.
(e) is not
qualified under subsection 58.8 (1) to be an elector for a French - language district school board.

qualifies for a non-earner benefit
under paragraph 2 of
subsection (1) and more than 104 weeks have elapsed since the onset of the disability, the amount of the non-earner benefit is $ 320 for each week that the insured person suffers a complete inability to carry on a normal life, less the total of all other income replacement assistance, if any, for the same week.
(1) Subject to
subsection (2), medical or rehabilitation benefits shall pay for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by or on behalf of an insured person as a result of the accident for services provided by a
qualified case manager in accordance with a treatment and assessment plan
under section 38,
58.8 (1) Subject to section 58.9, a person is
qualified to be an elector for a French - language district school board if the person is entitled
under subsection 1 (10) to vote in the area of jurisdiction of the board and,
(7) If a person
qualifies for an income replacement benefit
under paragraph 1 or 2 of section 4 and also
qualifies under paragraph 3 of section 4, the person's gross annual income from employment shall be determined
under subsection (3) or (4), as the case may be, until the day he or she would have been entitled to begin employment
under the contract described in paragraph 3 of section 4, and thereafter the person's gross annual income from employment shall be determined in accordance with
subsection (5).
