Program implementation and
quality assurance process involves quarterly 2 - 3 day site visits, 12 hours of records reviews, and 6 - 8 hours per month phone consultation.
The accreditation
process involves three ongoing components: meeting high -
quality standards; implementing a continuous
process of improvement; and engaging in
quality assurance through internal and external review.
