A player will not change our fortunes — we have enough
quality in the team if the manager does not force people to play out of their positions and if the players do their job — Next match Arsenal should just focus on shutting shop at Liverpool and go for a cleansheet — the midfield needs to be told to focus on disrupting more and just give the ball to ozil / Sanchez — just sit back and stop attacks.

Don't assume that every inbound sales lead is really a «good» lead — because
if you just pass on all of your leads to the sales
team without any pre-qualifying work, you're going to overwhelm your sales people with too many poor

Its looking like he is building a new
team I support Mr wenger why sell sachez now for 40 million while his replacement will cost us 80 million we need to get players of good
quality first and then we can let go and I am sure
if a club comes
in with 80 million for sanchez Mr wenger will go for it savilla keep the ball well and circulates the ball well so many back passes to retain position they play a shape of 3331 and very close there was no gaps and they were not afraid to dig
in to our players I must admit i like their system....

Its quite unfortunate that Wenger is yet to find and still searching for a better player to add
quality to the
team at his disposal, my take is, the problem limiting Arsenal as a whole not claiming any major trophy is our high record with injuries and the coach inability to select the right player for the right spot, no genuine back up for some crucial positions,
if and only
if we can sort the injury issue out and Wenger selecting the right player at the right time and
in the right game, then we're good to go.
I mean look at carzola, he says outright without hiding that we need a striker... about finishing strongly, we did that last season and the season after and the other after after a first leg screw - up... maybe ramsey loves his friends
in the dressing room but saying that we need a few
quality wouldn't have hurt anyone... we weren't able to beat the chelsea that hez talking about at home even with a full squad so i don't get his reference plus other
teams are strengthening strongly and will only get better... man utd with a mediocre
team played us like we were some kids FH at OT and we had no injuries...

If we start this season with those two
in our starting 11 it will be a clear sign from this organization that nothing has changed and that we will never get it right until both Kroenke and Wenger are gone... neither one of these players should still be with our club at this point because they represent the settling half - measures that have plagued this
team for a number of years... this is what I call the «no man's land» of the soccer world, where
teams don't have enough talented young players, unlike a Monaco or Dortmund, because they have lost the plot from an organizational standpoint... they are so reliant on one individual to run the whole operation that their once relevant scouting department has become so antiquated that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once had... furthermore, when you leave all decision - making to a manager who despises any dissenting opinions, your management
team becomes little more than a stagnant group of «yes men» and no new ideas emerge... so instead of developing a
team with the
qualities necessary to excel
in a particular system, you continually make half - brain purchases year after year to stifle dissent from the ticket - buying public, then try desperately to finagle together a lineup regardless of what would make positional sense... have you ever heard of a
team who plays players out of position so often... of course not because that manager would likely be fired and never work for a
team of any consequence ever again
If you look at the

It's difficult to blame Ozil for the difficulties he's faced at Arsenal without looking at the big picture... like the fans, he too was lied to by Wenger... there is no doubt
in my mind that he was told by Wenger that he was trying desperately to recreate our earlier success by acquiring players that fit the system he ran when Henry was
in his prime... as we know this hasn't happened...
in order for Ozl to flourish he needs some speed up front, forwards that can make intelligent runs, a boss
in the midfield to compensate for his obvious defensive liabilities and defenders who can transition from defence to offence quickly and efficiently... much like he had
in Real and with the German National squad... unfortunately he ended up on a squad that has a striker who plays with his back to goal, very few intelligent runs into the box, minus Sanchez, no one to take pressure off him
in the midfield, once Cazorla was injured, average defensive midfielders around him, which simply highlighted his lacking defensive
qualities and defenders who lack the necessary cutting edge when it comes to transitional passing... instead of blaming Ozil, which is simply too easy, especially considering his mopey disposition, we should be asking ownership and / or Wenger why they brought him
in if they didn't intend on doing what was necessary to get the best from him... can you imagine Ozil playing with the likes of Henry, Viera, Petit and Pires, it would be incredibly to watch and even more difficult to stop... so the only thing different between his experiences
in Real and with the German
team versus his time at Arsenal are the players around him and we all know who is
in charge of making those decisions, the Grinch who stole soccer

To name a few additional struggles: we have to compete with the richest league

And
if down the stretch we're
in it but need more pitching, we've got one of the minors best pitchers (Luzardo) as a possible reinforcement (I know, I know, he's almost certainly not coming up this year, but I can dream — as a side note, I really think
teams like the A's should be more aggressive with promoting pitchers who have shown they can pitch and have stuff that seems like it can get out major leaguers — why wait when they'll probably just blow out their elbow anyway — might as well get some
quality innings out of them
in the majors — yeah, I'm salty about Puk, but whatever, I've held this belief for a long time).

The great thing about football is there are so many leagues and

modern football is all about a defensive midfielder who can be the one to cover the 2 CBs and not leave them hanging whenever a mistake is done

In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Big
in your list I can agree that all these players would improve us, but let's look at our CB At the moment Kos, top player but is struggling with a inj which may or may not heal, at the moment he isn't match fit so not up to his own high standard, so needs help or a defender of his
quality so he can go and recover properly So then we have Mert, too slow and no longer good enough, I'm not sure
if he's even good enough for 3 rd choice CB, too slow, poor on the air for his size and not brave enough, he's lasted this long due to Kos he needs a Top class CB just to allow him to play against average
teams Ok now Reid not top class we can all agree so we couldn't really play him with MERT as he isn't Kos
quality so can't cover merits deficiencys He could be ok with Kos but Kos is struggling So is Reid what we need???? And finally Wenger
if he has all 3 fit will still play Kos / Mert first choice Oh and God forbid we play MERT / Reid against the top
teams like Chels / city / utd / Southampton Chuckle chuckle
If you believe

team and work hard, your

If we had 2 more
quality players
in the
team, I think we would all feel more positive about our chances.
We proved at Everton
in the hugely convincing 3 - 0 victory that we have it
in the locker to control a game without taking a gung - ho approach; every Arsenal fan wants to see attacking, fluid football played at the highest level, but most
teams, particularly this season with the increase
in quality across the Premier League, are more than likely to have something
in response
if they exploit tactical weaknesses.
But then
if you compare United to Real Madrid you have to be honest, how many
teams in the world can come even close enough to the
quality in which Real Madrid possess, and still beating them?
if you go back while Fans were begging the old fool to buy a DM and he did not because he had Flamini and Arteta, it was then when once again we were plagued with injuries that he had no where to go, he brought Le Coq back from loan, back then he did a decent job but was evident that he was not the answer nor the
quality player you need to win the League, bench player at best
in any
team with aspirations.....
I think only barca real or Bayern can tempt those players away from leicester, they would give at least a year to the club, but season after that they will move onto other club depending on their form next season. As for arsenal transfer i wouldn't want to listen to rumours as most of the times these rumours are just utter garbage.i want a certain rumour about Wolfsburg signing giroud to be true.Anyways
if our idiotic manager has some sense left
in him after an embarrassing season he should get a premium striker which the club needed for past 4 years. He need to put his ego aside and his old philosophy of waiting for players to develop. We need already established players
in every department of our
team.Penny pinching has cost us just pay the damn money get the players.I get the feeling next season is going to be harder and we have less chance of winning cause man city have had 2 seasons without premier league and guardiola is gonna bring more
quality and hunger to that
team.
lst season at stamford bridge, was the first time i saw that 4 -1-4-1 formation being used, and for some weird reason i feel a very strange negative vibe and well all know the outcome.the manager has come back with this formation and its not yielding result, but he still sticks with it.i do nt know much about formations dear friends, but
if you are playing a slow dm
in arteta and a very very slow cb, then you are toast against
quality teams with sound tactics.wen playing wellbeck as a lone striker, i think 4 -2-3-1, will work better, but
if we have a big player like oliver (boooos), thn we can try the 4 -1-4-1, thingy cos he can hold the ball for our midfielders to run
in.but on the overall, shame on wenger for not giving our defence a good cover DM.NO BODY PLAYS A SLOW DM / CB AND EXPECT TO B REGARDED AS CHAMPIONSHIP MATERIAL.IT HURTS GUYS, REALLY HURTS.
In defense we will see the
quality of Bellerin and Hayden this year due to circumstances, so
if they are ready then Bellerin can start deputizing for Debuchy and we would only need one really good defender to add to the
team.
If he is, I don't seem to understand why he finds it hard to find
quality players that can add value to our
team when
in every window other clubs around Europe buy and sell
quality players.
Arsenal are
in the top 10 of highest paying
teams in the world, they pay very good wages so we must buy
quality by putting
in serious bids for example
if Bayern want 30mil for Javi Martinez give it to them don't offer 20mil for a proven world class player!
He's a bit overrated I must say.I also don't get those who are asking him to tackle well. The fact is he's not a good tackler.I fear Wenger has made him untouchable
in our
team such that even
if he plays badly he still starts.I mean
if people are saying he's not a DM
in the first place then is he also a CM?
If he's a CM does he have the
quality to play along side a DM?These are the questions we need to ask ourselves.
If he's a CM then he's good at distributing from deep and also up top but he can't hold thd ball
in tight spaces or dribble which is very important.
If he's a DM then he simply can't defend. That's why for us to be successful
in the long term with him we need a hybrid midfielder or what I call a defensive box to box midfielder.
The bottom line this summer
in Arsenal signings is Le Prof MUST sign a top
quality holding / attacking midfielder of Goretzka's caliber to fully complement his entire starting XI
team next season and just limits himself to the signings of Kolasinac and Lacazette alone which
if he does without signing a top
quality holding / attacking midfielder, his starting XI
team next season could be understrength at midfield as Santi Cazorla won't be available
in the first half of the season and Elneny can't be relied on to deliver high performances for Arsenal on consistent basis.
BBC Sport claimed on Monday that the Red Devils hold a genuine interest
in the Spain international and a player of his
quality and experience is sure to command a spot
in the
team if he were to join.
