To get therapeutic amounts of
probiotics, I ask my patients to eat plenty of fermented foods like kimchee and unpasteurized

quality probiotic supplement that contains billions (not millions) of colony - forming units (CFUs), which are used to measure a
probiotic's potency.

sauerkraut or kombucha on a regular basis, or supplement with a high
quality probiotic that has strands of bifidobacteria and lactobacillus species.

quality probiotic supplement along with regular intake of fermented foods, such as kimchi and

probiotic with over 10 million colony forming units and eating fermented foods, like
