I don't think I'd quite cute the
quantities in half, but if I do this again (which I absolutely will), I'll probably try 3/4 cup
of pistachios and 1/4 cup
of sesame seeds without the extra two tablespoons.
Just make sure the total
quantity adds up to 3 cups total (you could use sunflower
seeds in place
of the pumpkin
seeds,
sesame for flaxseed, peanuts for pecans, etc.).
Apart from dark chocolate,
sesame seeds, eggs, whey protein smoothies, peanuts, yellow bell peppers and drinking large
quantities of water have been proven to be effective in increasing weight loss.
