I buy the patties and put them in
quart sized ziplock bags, that way I can easily choose the right amount for a meal.
I just put the steak and all the marinade ingredients in
a quart sized ziplock back and marinate it for at least 2 hours usually most of the day making sure to flip it once.
First I gathered 6
quart size Ziplock bags.
It's a start approved bag for your liquids and magically fits way more than
the quart size ziplock bags!

quart -
size Ziplock freezer bag and slipped the decorating tip half - way through.
Its really like a super high quality
ziplock baggie... which also worked well in the tub (
quart sized) but I was worried about the durability of a baggie over time.
