I take ginger and try to keep moderately active, keep my office temps about 73 to 75 (a stand up desk helps) but just riding in my car while the motor heats it up can make me chilled for the rest
of the night, I even wake up with cold arms and legs.I have also tried to cut back on the
water intake because drinking the 2
quarts throughout the day seems to make me colder in the afternoon evening.
