I'll do an exchange for an approximate... like breakfast for me is typically
eggs, oatmeal, and a piece of fruit and if I want something
quicker and easier, instead of the
eggs, the lean protein group, I'll
drop some protein powder in my oatmeal and stir it in and I'm still right in the ballpark with one little substation.
