quinoa tacos by using 1 cup
quinoa, 1 cup corn, 1 cup organic vegetable stock, 1/2 of a jalapeno, diced onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 can organic black
beans, 1 can fire roasted tomatoes, and cumin /
chili powder / salt / pepper / turmeric to taste.
