the quinoa over a bed of greens and topped with tempeh that was sautéed in coconut oil and Bragg's Amino Acids.

bed of chopped romaine or mixed
greens, and top with the avocado dressing.
My favourite way to serve this up is on a
bed of brown rice and
quinoa (I do a 50 - 50 mix, soaked overnight then cooked in organic vegetable stock), but you could even serve this
over some wholewheat pasta, or cold on top
of salad
greens.

When the mushroom and tempeh are done grilling, slice them into thin strips and serve
over a
bed of warmed
quinoa (or rice) and barely - cooked
green beans (broccoli might be nice too).
