One of the very first steps I took when I started my new eating lifestyle was to
quit drinking soda; specifically Diet Coke.
Drink lemon water, wake up a little earlier,
quit drinking soda, walk for 15 minutes a day.
It is better to just directly
quit drinking soda instead of cutting down on it part by part.

drinking different kinds of
soda, it is best to
quit instead of choosing light variations since they usually are sweetened with sweeteners.
When I'm
quitting carbs, I mean I'm
quitting: bread, rice, pasta, brown rice and brown bread, cakes, tortillas, crackers, pizza, cookies, cakes, chips, pure sugar,
soda, sugar
drinks, french fries, potatoes and anything that fits that basic profile.
Although caffeine is generally accepted as safe for consumption in moderation, there are some solid benefits to breaking the habit and
quitting coffee, energy
drinks, tea,
soda etc...
Together we started meal prepping,
drinking water instead of
soda,
quit watching television and started moving more, going to the gym just 30 minutes five times a week, focusing on our future every day, setting goals - and day by day the weight took care of its self.
I
drink mainly water, so I don't have any tips for you on
quitting the
soda.
