levels of government... go do something... find
out costs... expenses... how to get more health care to people... do things like that...
quit waiting on the government to provide all the answers... its not the way this country was founded... and not the way we get through problems... If you or ur family does nt have insurance... get a job that can provide you that... instead
of hoping the government will do so... If you or ur family lacks access to education... move to an area that excels at it... education is invaluable... Do something about your problem... and

i hcve 2 leg days one is squats sets
of 20 down to 12 my goal is 6 to 8 sets till failure then leg press 20 to 40 rep sets 6sets then ham curls 10 to 15 reps 6 sets my next leg day is leg press or the icariann plate loaded leg press i do 50 to 60 rep sets with different foot positions every 15 reps, then 1 leg presses rest pause sets
of ten only 10 seconds rest at this point i
quit counting just go go, this leg press session is a half - hour not much rest and no knee pain I'm not going heavy it compliments my heavy squat day my other parts are done in similar fashion, i don't consider this a heavy light split, its more
of a kind
of heavy 1 day then moderate high rep next session for those that need a label i really feel this is awesome I've lowered my testosterone dose to 300 mg every 10 days remember im44 not 24 lol i can claim trt my point is i believe I've conditioned myself much more with michaels theories but to take my body to the next

If you're the type
of person who loves playing the old 80's retro games, you're going to love the style and gameplay; it will have you rage
quitting, swearing and wanting to throw your Xbox
out of the window, as you jump around avoiding different obstacles to get through each
level and reach Oktarus!
However, Rad Rodgers does have one poor design choice as even after collecting 2
out of the 4 required exit chunks and reaching the following save checkpoint; when needing to
quit the
level it will unbelievably result in a loss
of progress for that
level, therefore forcing the player to start the
level from the beginning when resuming gameplay.
If the connection fails on you, especially during Toad Rally, you're screwed if it won't reconnect or sort itself
out, because otherwise you'll be forced to
quit and have to start the
level all over again, or if you were playing Toad Rally, find
out you have lost a bunch
of your Toads.
As the higher difficulty seemed impossible to me at first and would quickly have had me
quit out of it and being to scared to even jump back on the bike, but luckily as soon as I bumped the difficulty back a bit I felt I could enjoy everything else until I knew more about the way the bike handled to take on the higher difficulty
levels later on.
