im pretty sure i'm mesomorph shape but was wondering on what you would recommend nutrition / excercise wise for tone down

Whilst I was relatively happy with my body, my

quite muscular, but they are now losing tone as I am unable to continue with the fat burning training I used to do.

muscular legs and would love to get them skinner..
I'm
quite petite (5.3 ″) with relatively
muscular legs (even without exercising at all) and I don't have much fat although I suppose I could still lose more around my thights.
The MUTOs, with their long, thin
legs,
muscular bodies and lethal jaws, are
quite impressive.
