On the 3rd April, I finished my very first round of the I
Quit Sugar 8 Week Program (which, for the uninitiated, is a eating & lifestyle plan designed to help you kick the sweet stuff and get you eating real, low
sugar food).
One of the number one ways I
quit binging

Quitting sugar cravings can be a bit of a challenge, but the fastest way to stop reaching for sugary foods is to go
on a no -
sugar challenge.
My symptoms are: mild to medium rosacea, yeast, teeth grinding (day & night), weight loss, muscle wasting,
sugar cravings, hypoglycemia, mild melasma, canker sores
on tongue, chronic swollen gums, occasional bad breath, mood swings (depression, anger & anxiety), low energy (unable to
quit coffee), mild eczema
on hands (comes & goes), muscle aches.
I lost 30 lbs
quitting sugar but made the mistake of thinking I could let it back in moderation but she was wrong and 15 have crept back
on so
quit again last week!
