Though the men in our family are big carnivores, I'd happily skip the meat and eat this
fabulous qunioa salad!
I served it
with Qunioa and walked some up to my sister's house in the side yard.
My Qunioa Chia Bread is my favorite.
You have to do all of this fairly quick, so
the qunioa doesn't cool down too much, as it won't stick.
It usually takes me about 45 minutes to an hour to prep
