On Sunday I had one of the best
races and for the first time I was able to run at a good
pace (8:15) and finish
without walking.
for the first time in 14 total full marathons I was able to 1) maintain my same
pace from start to finish 2) mentally and physically feel tremendous the entire
race and 3) felt great afterwards / to include recovery and this was running the
race without even a sip of gatorade... just sipped water when I felt thirsty and I broke 4:30 meeting my goals.

I don't mean to say you suffer no discomfort (a
race without discomfort would be unsatisfying, somehow)- simply that you are physiologically and psychologically prepared to maintain that
pace for the distance you require.

raced up the main straight and took the ascent up through Turn 1 of the Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit
without a flash of brakelights.
Expect DPs to win roughly half the
races next season (maybe more depending on the quality of the P2 teams)
without P2
pace dropping any more than due to the Conti tires.
There is an option to look backwards but in such a fast
paced race I never even felt like I could take the time to do that
without risking crashing.

Race is all about beating the other players to a soaring finish line; Survival involves placing a certain number of bricks before everyone else
without dropping too many and losing your health; and Puzzle slows down the
pace a little by challenging players to place as many bricks as possible below a cutoff point.
