Set the safety rails of
the rack near the bottom, probably about 18 inches off the floor.
While dough is rising, position
rack near bottom of oven and top with baking stone or heavy baking sheet.

Now lower the bar down under control then, as you get

bottom, move the bar forward and set it back down on the rails and against the uprights of the
rack to begin the process again.
This is probably the second best workaround for putting band pegs
near the
bottom of your
rack for band resisted movements.
