I decided to
use the boar in a hearty, wintery
ragout.
Crust 1 1/2 cups cooked rice (brown or white) 1/4 cup of cheese of choice (I
used a creamy havarti) 1 egg, beaten 1/2 green onion, sliced 1/2 tsp seasoning (I
used Two Snooty Chef's Hungarian
Ragout)
Using a slotted spoon, transfer bean mixture to pot with
ragout.
Until that I
use this hearty
ragout as a filling for cannelloni and lasagne dishes, and in tofu and seitan roasts.
