I love adding them to my on - the - go
rainbow bowls as they add a delicious smooth, creamy texture that really brings everything together.
I have always struggled with pasta and rice and heavy processed foods, leaving me with upset stomach etc for days so i am trying to turn a new corner with my eating habits and i am loving my new obsession with

I do eat lots of it with a spoon, often straight from the processor, but my other (more conventional) favourite way to eat it is in

I love it classic on stir fry, but also with a few tweaks now and then (see those below) and drizzled all over a giant
