Just made this, with a few tweaks (I omitted the oil and water sauteed the onion and red peppers; I used Wondercocoa powder 3 TBS instead of chocolate, used no salt added beans, and (because
I ran out of quinoa) used brown rice.

For examples, you
run out of rice flour, you can substitute the same amount
of sorghum or
quinoa flour and you'll get a similar resulting baked good (though probably a different flavor as each flour has it's own flavor profile).

This is great, I've been trying to eat healthy and fell in love with

quinoa would be a perfect gluten free swap too which I would have used but I

quinoa and buckwheat.

Ive since cut
out any processed food, coffee, alcohol, wheat and sticking to plenty
of fresh organic fruit & veg, almonds, rice &
quinoa, swapped soy milk to oat milk and make my own almond milk plus taken up
running.
