That dressing is my vegan take on Hidden Valley
Ranch Dressing
Mix packets created with my own
ranch blend, almond milk, a bit of soy milk
powder and my vegan mayonnaise alternative.
You can view my
ranch dressing
mix here, but it's simply a blend of parsley, chives, garlic and onion
powder, salt, pepper and dried dill.
Upgrade the classic buffalo chicken dip by using freshly cooked chicken meat (you can cheat by buying rotisserie), a flavor - balancing
mix of Cheddar and Jack cheeses, and Nealey Dozier's secret ingredient:
powdered ranch dressing.
My go - to
mix is cumin + coriander + garlic
powder + smoked paprika and I serve them with a chipotle
ranch sauce for dipping.
Mix in some onion
powder to taste after you make the mayo to make the most fabulous
ranch - like sauce that goes very well with fried snapper.
2 1/2 cups chopped frozen organic broccoli 1 - 2 cups frozen organic peas 6 Tbsp homemade

mix 2 cans organic full - fat coconut milk 1 Tbsp arrowroot
powder 2 cups shredded cooked free - range chicken 1/2 cup organic mozzarella cheese 1 cup raw cheddar cheese sea salt & pepper, to taste
Mix in garlic
powder, onion
powder, salt, pepper, parsley and celery seed to make a
ranch dip that is to die for.

mix 1 cup almond meal 1/2 cup raw Parmesan cheese, grated 1 Tbsp season salt (salt - free and MSG - free) 1 tsp garlic
powder 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
