Our office has spent the last eight years hosting the Climate Justice
Project, a research and public engagement network that has produced a large volume
of work about how to transition off fossil fuels in a just and equitable manner — an alliance that brings together a wide
range of NGOs and
academics.
As well as leading on and participating in a
range of research and evaluation
projects, the team also contributes to the development
of effective policy and practice through the interpretation, synthesis and dissemination
of research findings, and acts as a knowledge broker between policy and practice stakeholders, researchers and the
academic sector (in the UK and Europe) to strengthen links and collaboration.
Funded by MacArthur, Oak and Open Society Foundations, SITU has undertaken collaborations with a diverse
range of partners, including the International Criminal Court, the United Nations, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, B'tselem, International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), as well as
projects with international legal teams, award - winning journalists and leading
academic institutions such as Carnegie Mellon and Princeton Universities.
Lancaster University, Royal College
of Art and Newcastle University are seeking to recruit twenty PhD students to participate in an exciting collaborative
project with a
range of academic and industrial partners in the creative and digital industries.
The
project will be delivered through a partnership between the WWA Initiative and CDKN, bringing together climate science, development, policy, planning and communications expertise across a
range of academic, research, government, non-government and civil society organisations from developed and developing countries.
Vaijayanti has been a part
of the Strand team for close to a decade as a genomics scientist, working on key
projects ranging from genomics products such as GeneSpring, pharma consulting, and collaborative research with

of supporting a

academic achievement, by affording children and youth opportunities to practice new skills through hands - on, experiential learning in

Now in its 14th year, the PZC, offered in collaboration with HGSE's
Project Zero and Programs in Professional Education, is an intensive summer institute designed to help pre-K-12 educators create classrooms, instructional materials, and out -
of - school learning environments that address a

of deep thinking to build complex knowledge in the arts and other

academic achievement; professional development for tutors and teachers; counseling for preparing for college; programs for increasing parent involvement; and a take - home computer program and computer training.
