I rarely feel hungry.
I have a thyroid condition so the only fasting I do is by skipping meals, usually breakfast because
I rarely feel hungry in the morning.
When you are in full - blown keto, you enjoy complete dietary satisfaction,
rarely feel hungry (even if you skip meals!)
Rarely feeling hungry can also indicate poor digestion.
