My gym sessions are are longer and harder, my energy levels are through the roof,
I rarely get hungry and I'm seeing more results then I have on any other diet.
Many of you know I do try to stick to a gluten and dairy free diet but I haven't shared that I am one of those individuals who
rarely gets hungry.

Putting aside kids who are socioeconomically disadvantaged, one theory I have is that children
rarely get truly
hungry before a meal, due to our society's misguided belief that kids must have a snack every five minutes!
I don't usually start
getting hungry until 11 or so and
rarely eat before then.
Do you have stable energy,
get hungry a few times a day, enjoy dessert or cocktails occasionally without needing them daily, crush your workouts, have regular B.M.'s (bowel movements), have clear eyes, good - smelling breath and
rarely get sick?
I eat Real Whole Foods 3X a day, and I
rarely EVER snack (I eat too much fat and protein to
get hungry).
She probably isn't
getting enough healthy fats and proteins, or she's not eating whole grains (as compared to whole wheat breads, etc.) I'm
rarely hungry.

hungry — had just a slight hunger at the end of the work day before I
