INGREDIENTS 12 hash browns (defrosted) 1 can of baked beans 3 sausages (

rashers (
cooked to your taste, chopped) 5 eggs 50 ml milk 100 grams grated cheddar 5 grams finely chopped parsley Pepper, to taste
Place the streaky bacon
rashers on a lightly greased (a teaspoon vegetable oil, spread evenly with kitchen towel) griddle pan, chargriller or baking sheet for a couple of minutes, then turn around and
cook on the other side.
Add 2 pounds ground beef and 6
rashers of chopped bacon and
cook until beef is browned.
Once the
rashers are
cooked and crispy, remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Stir in the chopped pumpkin flesh, bacon
rashers, thyme leaves and brown sugar and
cook for a further few minutes.
