Though
this raspberry curd tart is a stunner, the process to make the curd, bake the tart shell, and assemble the tart is fairly straightforward.
While this tart is delicious (the vibrant sweet - tart
raspberry curd is balanced by a brown butter crust), it's also a beautiful edible gift.
Start with a simple flaky and buttery shortbread crust and then top that with a thick and rich layer of lemon and
raspberry curd.
The recipe looks like it has a lot of steps each step is actually fairly straight forward to make, and
the raspberry curd can even be made up to week ahead.
Once the ganache has set gently spoon
the raspberry curd over the top of the ganache.
If I serve this Tuesday evening, can I make the tart and ganache, freeze it, and then add
the raspberry curd a few hours before serving?
