Use a blender or food processor to grind up freeze dried
raspberries and transfer into a

raspberries as in this recipe but without the almond / coconut flour, you will need to keep them intact (just gently
mix them in without pureeing them).
I prefer to
use frozen instead of fresh
raspberries because they won't turn the entire popsicle mixture a pink color when
