But how to improve your ability to delay things like
eating junk food when healthy alternatives aren't available, or to remain on the treadmill when you'd
rather just stop?
I'm currently on a tea detox diet and have to
eat super healthy clean
foods it took me a few days to understand that clean
eating isn't about compromising flavor
rather than the eliminate some if not all excessive sweets and
junk food.
Also fasting doesn't give you license to
eat junk food, but
rather an opportunity to change your diet to a health one.
It's not so much that I recommend
eating junk foods, but
rather than this strategy makes allowances for what people will eventually do anyway:

That is why I don't say I follow a vegan diet, because it only describes the
foods you don't
eat,
rather than the
foods you do, and there are a lot of
junk food vegans out there giving everybody who doesn't
eat animal based
foods a bad name.
Even worse, I see so many people make jokes about clogged arteries while
eating junk food, saying things like «I'd
rather enjoy life than worry about clogged arteries».
(You know, the preference to sleep in
rather than get up to exercise, to
eat junk food rather than prepare something healthy, to grab for a cigarette
rather than not.)
Children would
rather eat pizza, candies and other
junk foods but as a parent, your job is to be the leader.
