Other uses for
almond pulp which don't require drying first are
raw cake recipes like carrot or chocolate cake and muffins etc..
Add the
almond pulp and process to combine, it should come together into one giant ball of
raw dough!
So now you either have
raw, moist
almond pulp or dried
almond meal.

almond pulp to make
raw cookies.
I've made truffles before using the leftover
pulp from making

It's made with flours that are okay to eat in their
raw form —
almond (made of just
almonds) and coconut (made of coconut
pulp), and the buttery element comes from tahini or cashew butter.
